What the bulletin board records.
The public board minimizes transaction data and does not ask for seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, or payment transaction IDs.
Account information
For signed-in participants, the service records the authenticated email address privately, a public handle, a Discord username, account status, rules acceptance, and timestamps. Public pages do not display the email address.
Activity information
The service records listings, matches, reports, moderation decisions, rate-limit information, and security logs needed to operate and protect the board. Matched participants can see each other’s Discord usernames.
Why it is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, publish approved listings, connect matched participants, prevent spam, investigate reports, enforce community rules, secure the service, and comply with applicable obligations.
Retention and disclosure
Beta records are retained while needed for operations, abuse prevention, disputes, security, and applicable legal requirements, then manually deleted when no longer needed. Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.
Your choices
Browsing does not require a community profile. Do not create an account if you do not want the information above recorded. Never place personal information or wallet secrets in a public handle, Discord username, listing, or report.
Effective for the public bulletin-board beta beginning August 18, 2026.
